UAS Board

The UAS Board is responsible for the running and organisation of teaching and examination activities. It consists of programme directors, representatives of the teaching and research staff, student representatives, and a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. The students are represented by four representatives with voting rights.

The current version of the USTP’s Statute – and therefore also those of the Academic Board – is available on the Academic Board’s page. Part 2, ‘Study Law’, contains both the general and the specific examination regulations. You can find all these documents here.

Application for ECTS credit transfer

You’ll soon find an overview here of the modules you can have exempted from due to your role as a student representative.

Would you like to have a module exempted because of your role as a year representative? If so, please contact your relevant STV for the required form.

Additional information: yes, it is possible to ‘accumulate’ ECTS credits.

‘It is assumed that the wording “replace … for each semester in which such an activity is carried out continuously …” also permits the “accumulation” of ECTS credits, which can then be used in a later semester’ (Gruber & Stangl (Stand 1.09.2017): Praxishandbuch Hochschülerinnen- und Hochschülerschaftsrecht, 2. Auflage. Seite 88)
