Important Information Regarding the Canteen Subsidy
Dear students,
due to ongoing technical issues with the processing of the canteen subsidy via the Campus Card, this method of processing unfortunately has to be temporarily suspended.
📅 Processing via the Campus Card will end on 22 January 2026.
🛠️ Work on a new solution or on resolving the issue will be carried out intensively until no later than 14 February 2026.
What does this mean for you as a student?
The canteen subsidy will remain available for eligible students; however, it will temporarily be provided in a modified form:
-> Meals in the canteen must initially be paid for at the full price.
-> Please make sure to keep all invoices/receipts.
-> These can subsequently be submitted to the ÖH via a refund application form.
-> The form is available in printed form at the ÖH office.
After submission, the eligible amounts will be refunded to you.

We are aware that this interim solution is inconvenient and thank you for your understanding. Together with the University of Applied Sciences, we are working intensively on a swift and sustainable solution so that the canteen subsidy can soon be used directly and conveniently again.
