Responsibilities

  • We are responsible for:
    • ensuring the smooth operation of the internal administration within the Students’ Union
    • the annual organisation and conduct of the year group representative elections
    • the administration and reporting of the elected year group representatives
    • the preparation of organisational charts and role descriptions of the Students’ Union
    • the coordination of internal communication
    • the organisation and conduct of training sessions for student representatives
    • the holding of the legally required meetings of the representative bodies and retreats
    • the administration and revision of the Students’ Union’s regulations
